She later earned an AAS degree in Jewelry Design, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a BA in Art History from NYU, with further postgraduate study at Hunter College.
A lifelong student, Powers continues to develop her technical skills through advanced bench training, maintaining an ongoing dialogue between tradition, innovation, and personal expression.
